Got a rough sense of rhythm? Wanna animate some Monsters with it?We need you to help move the Monsters through the Dancing Monsters Community Parade on March 17th!
Drums will be supplied, but bring your own if you have one. Wind instruments are also super welcome. No prior music experience necessary!
In this workshop we will develop the rhythmic basis for the Parade.
The workshop will be led by Grace Mitchell, an engaging teacher who has drawn people into rhythmic ensembles with skill and grace numerous times over the years through her work with pop-up social justice drumming crew ROAR Drumline.
? This will be the 1st of at least 2 workshops leading into the rehearsal that takes place just prior to the parade.
? Bring your own earplugs if you have them.
