🔮During this meditation you’ll also get a chance to practice being in your yes’s or no’s! If you experience an energy that doesn’t feel right for you then move away!

🔹️We will start at 7:30pm and enjoy Cacao and conversations in order to open us up, meet new people and prepare us for the journey.
🔹️If this calls to you, it is required to arrive by 8:00pm to discuss guidelines and ensure a safe container for all involved. There will be 🩱lifeguards on duty during the dance to ensure your safety.
