Children aged 6-12 years of all abilities can enjoy:
✨ Creating themed dance routines in different styles
✨ Fun games, yoga exercises & well-being activities
✨ Mindful arts & crafts for creativity and relaxation
✨ A healthy, delicious meal and fruit snacks provided each day
✨ A calming guided relaxation to end each session
🎶 Dance Styles for Each Day:
• Tuesday 8th April: Musical Theatre
• Wednesday 9th April: Bollywood / Indian Dance
• Tuesday 15th April: Creative Contemporary Dance
• Wednesday 16th April: Street Dance
👕 Wear comfy clothes and get ready for active fun, movement, and new friendships!
We also have a limited number of paid places available each day.
Children of all abilities, aged 6-12 years, can explore and create themed dance pieces in various styles.
Through engaging movement, fun games, yoga exercises, and well-being activities, they’ll develop coordination, creativity, and confidence.
The day is enriched with mindful arts and crafts, fostering self-expression and relaxation.
Each session ends with a guided relaxation, helping children unwind, recharge, and build emotional resilience.
A healthy, delicious meal* and fruit snacks are provided to keep them energised throughout the day.
