tanečný workshop: improvizácia & instantná kompozícia
17.-19.1.2025 (17.1. 16:00-20:00, 18. a 19. 1. 10:00-17:00)

SRDCE & HLAS je adaptáciou workshopu V SRDCI TANCA. Okrem srdca a smerovania do stredu otvoríme aj hlas ako ďalšiu končatinu nášho tela, ktorá priamo podporí expresivitu pohybujúceho sa tela.
Ste vítaní.
V práci sa naladíme na srdce a budeme mu načúvať, nasledovať ho. Srdce je jedným z centier tela, je úzko prepojené s tým „ako prijímame a absorbujeme život“. Pozrieme sa teda na to ako prijímame a odpovedáme na vnemy a inšpirácie v prúde tanca.
Na inej úrovni sa budeme zaoberať premenou hmotného tela do energie a poézie pohybu, umeniu transformácie hmotného (tela) do nehmotného (tanca) a naopak.
Pri ladení sa na aktivitu srdca sa prirodzene dostaneme do rytmu (času), keďže srdce je rytmický orgán. Zľahka sa vtedy dotkneme hudobnosti tanca, ktorý tvoríme.
S obrazom srdca - stredu budeme pracovať aj metaforicky a budeme sa pýtať "čo znamená byť v strede, v srdci vlastného tanca?".
Práca bude viesť účastníkov k naladeniu sa na svoj vlastný tanec v prítomnosti, aby mohli zľahka a so zvedavosťou sledovať svoje choreografické tendencie a inšpirovať sa nimi v sóle. Špecifickosť individuálnej choreografie bude reflektovaná cez vonkajšieho pozorovateľa (svedka) a jeho symbolický a poetický feedback. Cez prácu na sóle sa bude prehlbovať dôvera v spolu-bytie v rámci skupinovej kompozície.
Zažívanie sa bude neustále premosťovať do kompozičnej mysle a jej kultivovania.
Workshop je pre tanečníkov, performérov, hudobníkov, ktorí pracujú s telom, neprofesionálov so skúsenosťou v práci s telom.

Workshop je „English friendly“ – v prípade zahraničných účastníkov bude workshop vedený po dohode so všetkými účastníkmi prevažne po anglicky.

HEART & VOICE

HEART & VOICE is an adaptation of the workshop IN THE HEART OF DANCE.
In addition to the heart and directing to the centre, we will open the voice, as another limb of our body, and this will directly support the expressiveness of the moving body.
You are welcome.
In our work we will tune into the heart and listen to it, follow it. The heart is one of the centers of the body, it is intimately connected to "how we receive and absorb life". So we will look at how we receive and respond to sensations and inspirations in the flow of dance.
On another level, we will look at the transformation of the material body into the energy and poetry of movement, the art of transforming the material (body) into the immaterial (dance) and vice versa.
In tuning in to the activity of the heart, we naturally get into rhythm (time), as the heart is a rhythmic organ. It is then that we lightly touch the musicality of the dance we are creating.
We will also work metaphorically with the image of the heart-centre, asking "what does it mean to be at the centre, at the heart of our own dance?".
The work will lead participants to tune into their own dance in the present, so that they can lightly and curiously follow their choreographic tendencies and be inspired by them in the solo. The specificity of individual choreography will be reflected through an outside observer (witness) and his/her symbolic and poetic feedback. Through the solo work, confidence in co-being within the group composition will be deepened.
Experiencing will constantly bridge into the composing mind and its cultivation.
This workshop is for dancers, performers, musicians who work with the body, non-professionals with movement experience.
