This class starts with a short session on breathing to increase your energy ,then moves to a session of solo dancing designed to keep the brain and body active, working towards learning a short dance routine.This is followed by 20 mins of guided meditation to help focus the brain and relax the mind and body and finishing with some breathing techniques for relaxation.
This class is inclusive, seats will be provided if required and the pace of the session will be guided by the group
Please bring a blanket to keep you warm during the meditation.
