Katherine Shoulders Bio: Life can be crazy. After a career in Health/Fitness, which included owning the Fayetteville Athletic Club, I moved to Boulder Colorado and discovered the women's prison non-profit, Dance To Be Free.( DTBF). The dance style was familiar because I'd been teaching a funky, fun class that was similar to DTBF. I joined the DTBF team and co-facilitated teacher training intensives around the country. Seven years later, I'm bringing this amazing experience to Barefoot. Breezy and I go way back and we've even danced together ( she's the real thing).
