A Dancercise Class for All
Please join the School of Yoga (SYNB) at Groundwork for a moment of movement and celebration during AHA! NB. In the words of Juliet Loranger (Owner of SYNB): "It is a super fun, energetic and all inclusive exercise dance class. We aim to have fun, get sweaty, and feel the joy of both moving our bodies and a great playlist! This class is called Night Moves at School of Yoga New Bedford and happens every Sunday at our studio."
No prior experience needed.

Class time: 5:45-6:45pm
Note to attendees: Be sure to wear comfy clothes! Footwear can be sneakers or bare feet. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Photos may be taken during class. This dancerise class will take place in the Moby. Spots will be limited to ensure all guests have the space they need to move and groove.
