Dance with life - dance, connect & grow 🌟 Introductory Workshop – Sunday, October 5th, Utrecht

You are warmly invited to join Dance the polarities – a full-day workshop where dance, awareness, and connection come together. It will be a rich and playful mix of practices combining dance, couple dance, tantric dance, mindfulness, breath & energy work, non-violent communication, authentic relating, and touch.
This is a deepening journey that helps you open up, feel freer and more powerful, and connect more authentically with yourself and others. Through movement and contact, you’ll explore leadership, surrender, and the balance between masculine and feminine energy.
This day is for you if you want to:
✅ Drop from your head into your body – using dance as your main form of expression
✅ Develop in leading & following – combining clarity with surrender
✅ Find balance between your inner masculine (doing) & feminine (being)
✅ Become freer, more playful, and more authentic in your connections
✅ Gain awareness of patterns that hold you back from your full potential
✅ Learn to feel and voice your emotions, boundaries, and triggers in the moment
✅ Be mirrored in where you still hold back your authentic self – and expand beyond it
✅ Practice letting go of control and surrendering to what arises in the present moment
We will dance individually, explore playful and deep partner connection exercises, and experience Tantric Dance – the dance of polarities, where one leads and the other follows with eyes closed or blindfolded. This practice invites trust, presence, and embodied strength.
Dance becomes a mirror for life: showing your patterns, deepening your awareness, and expanding your energy. It is meditation in movement – liberating and empowering you to step into your full aliveness.
