Please note the dance social is not a California mix.Music includes Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Hustle, Country Two Step, a little line dancing, and requests are accommodated when possible.
Lesson: 7pm for about an hour.
Dance Social: 8:10-11pm. This is not a California mix.

About the instructor: Joe Palmer has been teaching ballroom, Latin and swing in the NYC area for over 25 years. He majored in Dance Education at New York University and has taught for schools such as Wagner College, NYU, Pratt University, Brooklyn's St. Francis de Sales School for the Deaf, Columbia University and has been a regular teacher at Lincoln Center's yearly summer festival, Midsummer Night Swing. In addition to his numerous competitive titles, including American Lindy Hop Champion and Rising Star at Liberty Swing, Joe has been a featured dancer and choreographer on stage (SwingDance America, Forever Swing starring Michael Buble), television (Good Morning America, NBC’s Today Show, The Ainsley Harriott Show) and in film (Mona Lisa Smile). He has created, produced and directed many original shows including Measurements; The Makings of a New Musical and an all jazz version of Lewis Carroll's Alice In Wonderland.
