He is one of my best friends from my childhood in Russia! While here, he will teach Dance of Life.
Dance of Life is a dance and movement practice where you allow your body to experience the major moments of your life from birth to death.
It is a powerful healing process for old traumas, and also a good tool to find true purpose in life.
With specially selected musical fragments, I will lead you through a sequence of movements and breathing to release emotional and physical tension.
This practice will help you to discover and reconnect with those parts of yourself that are often ignored, creating a path to healing and self-knowledge.

- Certified teacher of Yoga Alliance (Mysore, Rishikesh, Dharamshala, India).
- Author of an art project that was included in the must-see list of the season according to Vogue, GQ and GLAMOUR.
