Combining the best of conscious dance with the best of the club- uniting together in a liberating, freeing, life-affirming way.

MUSIC: From soft atmospheric sweeps, through beautiful organic house beats, to hard and driving underground techno and high-energy ecstatic release. A range of quality electronic music, to support our dance/movement. The best (though not necessarily most well-known) electronic dance music out there. Blended in a seamlessly-mixed DJ set- an immersive and cyclic journey of sound. Unconstrained by genre. Here we can lose ourselves- and find ourselves afresh, and anew. Club-level DJing provides the right energy for discerning music enthusiasts and dancers on the dance floor. It's called 'dance music' for a reason- and we're here to dance. To move through the soundscape. To rekindle that flame. To bring things back to the roots, and together, elevate and uplift! The music guides, taking us up, and back down again. We follow our inner impulses, and our inner compass.

DANCE: In a purposefully held, sober dance space. With others who share the same love of the music and intention to move. To stretch, to shake, to let go and to expand. Beyond self- and societally- imposed limits. And beyond the restrictions of a club environment, in which the scope for movement might feel limited, compared to the permission we can offer ourselves and each other in the conscious dance space. We all move. We don't have to consider ourselves 'dancers.' We all 'dance' our way through life. By ourselves- and in meaningful connection. Whether we consider ourselves seasoned dancers or not, we bring with us a willingness to explore. To be with the various aspects of ourselves in movement. With no requirement to move in any particular way. We don't have to be any particular way, so long as we are respectful of ourselves and each other in the space. No-one to please, or get it right for. Whether we're still, or wild- or somewhere in between. All of it or none of it. Finding our feet as we go.

SPACE: Some verbal guidance will (probably) be offered in the warm up... but this is primarily a space in which we find our own feet, dropping into the callings, longings, and creativity of our own Spirit. Without words. We give ourselves time and space to be here. To get present. To honour the different rhythms that run through us. Just as the physical space of the venue holds us and our dances- being the container for all that we feel and express- so too, we ourselves are the holding-space for all that we feel and move with. We include it all in our awareness and experience. As it passes through us and we pass through it. Witnessing and riding both flowing and edgy, hard and soft, peaceful and wild, integrated or, sometimes, not. It's a spectrum. There is range. To explore. To discover. And within which to locate ourselves. To know ourselves more fully and more wholly. An organic unfolding. Naturally-arising. And it's all just a dance.
