About this Event
Every Monday, classes are facilated by asking participants to set personal intentions for each class, aiming to help participants feel more grounded and connected to their bodies. Similar to traditional meditation, these classes will take place in a silent dance space, where the primary focus is on somatic engagement and self-reflection through bodily movement. Throughout each class, we will incorporate carefully selected music and meditation practices that align with the theme of the week's intention, enhancing the overall experience.
