Ever wanted to do lifts in your dancing? Are you just wanting to learn lifts? Lauren and Aaron are well versed in dance lifts also called "airsteps" in the context of Lindy Hop, a Black American Dance. These airsteps are rhythmic and energetic!
***Partners are required***
***Maximum capacity of 20 people, first come first serve***
SCHEDULE (2.5 hr class time + 30m break)
10:30am - 11:45am // In class 101 we will start from ground zero and build to a few simple, foundational airsteps concepts.
11:45am - 12:15pm // Lunch Break
12:15 -1:30pm // In class 102 we will continue content from 101. Prerequisite: class 101 or instructor approval. We will build a little more and introduce airsteps that have a few more layers than 101.
PRICING
$25 for one class $45 for both. Pay at the door.
ATTIRE
Please wear something comfortable. Wear sneakers. Long hair people, please have your hair tied back!
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Participants must be 18+ yrs or parent or guardian must be present with minor.
ABOUT THE SPACE
We will be putting down gymnastic mats on the floor for safety precautions.
