The purpose of the Kootenay Festival of the Arts is to create opportunities for young artists to perform on stage and receive adjudication from a professional artist or teacher. The festival offers the possibility of performance at the Provincial level. During this festival, let's spend some time enjoying all the performances, encouraging all of our artists, and being grateful for the celebration of the Performing arts.
