Dance Jam: Breath, Body, and Flow!
On December 15th, a unique Dance Jam will take place at the Teatr Wschodni in Lublin, combining the power of breath with the expression of the body! This event invites you to explore new dimensions of dance, trust, and communication – in a natural, intuitive, and wordless way.

This Dance Jam is a special edition to share the knowledge and mindful practices we acquired during the international project "Youthflow 2: Empowering Youth Workers in Mindful Practices," which took place in the Czech Republic. We are excited to implement and share our newly gained understanding of body and mind connection with you.

We dance on a ballet floor, so please bring a change of shoes or dance in socks.
