On the 2nd of July we invite you to Dance it out! Cacao & Dance ceremony to an evening dedicated to music and free movement.

We at Esha thought to combine the warmth energy of summer, the magic of Mama Cacao and the power of Saraswati, the Goddess of music, to celebrate life and dance together ?

For this Cacao & Dance Ceremony no previous knowledge is needed. We welcome anyone at any kind of level and make sure you will enjoy your experience with us.

Every Cacao Ceremony is a completely different experience, so even if you have participated in such a ceremony before, we invite you to come again, as every Cacao experience can be completely individual. We will guide you through the ceremony and prepare the cacao, which is 100% Peruvian Raw Cacao at its best quality.

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in where there is no need to follow specific steps, but rather the goal is to abandon yourself to the rhythm and move as freely as the music allows taking you, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.

The effects of ecstatic dance begin with ecstasy itself, which may be experienced in differing degrees. In ecstatic dance, the dancers are described as feeling connected to others, and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity.

Full-time yogi & 350h certified Yoga Teacher & nutrition coach, Debo is giving weekly classes in many well-known Berlin studios, also at Yoga Hub, so she knows how to hold the space. She loves to dance and to move, in this ceremony she will be guiding you to an ecstatic dance to connect tio the music and rhythm.

Anne is a 250h certified Yoga Teacher & Ayurveda Counselor, giving meditations, Vinyasa and Yin classes. After living and travelling for 1,5 years in South America, she feels honored to bring the old tradition of cacao to Berlin. In this ceremony, she will hold the space and use her soft voice to guide you into a cacao ceremony with intention and connection.
