A 2h Journey where we will explore the connection between your different worlds, discover and work on emotions and memories engraved in your body, with care, lightness and fluidity.
The flow will have moments of :breathwork,somatic movement,ecstatic dance,contact improvisation,dance-movement therapy,
music therapy,trauma healing,mindfulness andending with a moment of relaxation and integration of the experience.
Open to everyone, including those who (think) don't know how to dance.
