This beautiful old gem of a hall finds itself surrounded by majestic mountain ash and tree ferns. Ducted heating flows during the cooler months & there is ample parking is available in the surrounding parkland

DITH is a community of Conscious Dancers exploring Movement as Medicine, led by Jo Woods - Open Floor Teacher
DITH is located in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges and has been running since 2014. Dance in the Hills offers an opportunity to connect authentically with our embodied selves, the spirit of the land, and a nourishing supportive community
Each class includes lightly facilitated movement explorations to help support you with a deepening awareness of what it means to be a fully embodied human being

> WHO IS Jo Woods:
Jo Woods (they) is a catalytic Open Floor Movement Teacher, Open Floor ‘Art in Motion’ teacher/supervisor and Open Floor International Mentor with over 25 years of Mindfulness experience (Mahasi Tradition). Jo both teaches & produces ‘Dance in the Hills’ Sassafras as well as their annual community festival ‘Dance in the Wild’ Gembrook. Jo’s rich sense of humour, beautifully crafted soundscapes, experiential wisdom & vibrant spirit become the backdrop for their inspiring classes & workshops.
