Having trained as a vinyasa yoga teacher in 2015 Alice has spent the last 6 years creating practices for people to journey deep within themselves and return to their essence. A full body passion for dance and sensual movement led her to create Goddess Hour at Shanti Vida. She adores conjuring up beautiful, feminine practices that help women to reconnect to their sensuality, reignite their vitality and harness the epic power they have!
