About this Event
An uplifting sunset dance moving freely in nature energising our body and soul. Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance.
Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.
We'll walk together to the magical dance spot on the South Common. We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5-10 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by approx. 1hr music journey which is a wave of different rhythms for free movement. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. ?
Wear comfy clothes in layers and bring water.
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching!

This event is open to everyone, as well as part of Active Carers April which means we're offering funded tickets to carers.
