An evening of moving freely to release and shake off the day, to blissful and calm.Connecting to the rhythms, you and each other through movement and dance. Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.
We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5-10 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by approximately one hour music journey which is a wave of different rhythms from all over the world for free movement.
Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching!

This indoor venue has a skylight ceiling and a wooden sprung floor to enjoy dancing under the stars in a warm space.
