Dance Free CIC event supported by National Trust Sandilands. An uplifting through to calm evening dance moving freely by the sea energising our body and soul.
Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance. Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.
We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body.
There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by 1 hour 15 mins music journey which is a wave of different rhythms from all over the world for free movement.
Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching!
This event is for ages 16+ years.

Donation based - pay what you can. The costs of this Dance Free event are co-funded by National Trust Sandilands and your donations. Thank you kindly for your support. Please book ONE ticket per headset.

Guidelines for Dance Free events:
* Be present in the moment
* Non-verbal space communicate with movement
* Keep moving as much or little as you feel
* Respect others mindful of other's space & freedom of expression
* Alcohol/drug free clear mind to embrace mindful movement
* Be free ~ Dance however you feel!
Adults are welcome to bring children aged 8 and over, if they are fully supervised and familiar with free-movement dance with adults.
