About this Event
An uplifting sunset dance at twilight moving freely in nature energising our body and soul celebrating the Autumn Equinox. Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance.
Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.
We'll walk together to the magical dance spot on the South Common. We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5-10 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by approx. 1hr music journey which is a wave of different rhythms for free movement. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊
Wear comfy clothes in layers and bring water.
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching.
Donation based - pay what you can afford - suggested sliding scale £9 to £12. Thank you kindly for supporting us.
Please park and meet on South Park Road near Eastholme Care home - no. 74-75, LN5 8ES). Please arrive promptly by 6:20pm to all walk together to the dancing spot on the common.
