Free-movement dance at sunrise welcoming the changing of the Seasons. An uplifting and soulful morning dance moving freely by the sea energising our body and soul.
Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance. Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.
We start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body.
There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5 minutes which helps us drop into body, followed by 1 hour music journey which is a wave of different rhythms from all over the world for free movement.
Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel. 😊
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching!
This event is for ages 16+ years.
Booking:Donation based - pay what you can. The costs of this Dance Free event are co-funded by National Trust Sandilands and your donations. Thank you kindly for your support. Please book ONE ticket per headset.
