As a way to extend my utmost gratitude to the SQUAD for their continued love and support, I am hosting our annual "Twerk before the Turk" for just $1. Invite your friends, family, and neighbors across the street, because we haven't run an event like this since 2019!! This is open to every BODY and all fitness levels. You can modify as needed throughout class, and even if fitness isn't necessarily your "thing", I challenge you to check out our class solely for the good vibes.
