We are thrilled that you have thought about participating with us because Dance Fitness with Jasmine is SELF CARE!Jasmine's Dance Movement Dance Fitness Program is a program developed by Jasmine, specifically designed to promote all women's freedom of dance expression while getting a workout at the same time. Empowering women by encouraging self love and self care at the same time. No dance experience needed these routines are designed for everyone to just jump in and have fun! Dancing is a joyful, fun, and low-stress way to stay fit, feel strong, expressive, and healthy! Classes are every Saturday at 1:30pm located on 2915 S 108th Street.
