There’ll be a mix of low and high-intensity songs — and don’t panic about the 90-minute session! We’ll have a few short breaks in between to catch our breath, recharge and keep shaking the boooooooty!🔥
Please don’t forget to bring water, a towel and comfortable shoes - and get ready to fiesta! It’s going to be the perfect way to finish the week. 💪🎶
