The FREE Annual Dance Fitness Fest is back! Get ready to dance your way to fitness at the Dance Fitness Fest on Sunday, 26th January 2025, hosted by Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and funded by Redbridge Institute of Adult Education!Join us at Sir James Hawkey Hall for an energetic Zumba-style dance fitness event, featuring a mix of low and high-intensity moves to create a calorie-burning, interval-style workout. With a vibrant blend of Latin and World rhythms, the fun is non-stop as several talented Zumba and Dance Fitness instructors guide you through the event. We are very excited to feature a range of instructors this year including male instructors!
