Dance fitness fuses together dance movements as well as fitness exercises such as squats, burpees, punches, pushups, and MORE to provide you with a POWERFUL, calorie-burning, muscle strengthening, FUN workout! ALL fitness levels are welcome! I am always cueing moves both verbally and visually, providing modification movements, and motivating you through class every step of the way! Come join the party and become your OWN kind of fit. No dance or fitness experience required.
