About this Event
SUPA System is a sonic sculpture and public art project created by Loeb/ArtLab fellow Joseph Zeal-Henry, commissioned by the Harvard University Committee on the Arts, and produced at ArtLab. This new film, shot and edited at the ArtLab, documents a one-night-only dance performance that took place at the ArtLab inspired by the SUPA System.
Before the screening, join us for the open studio of new research at the ArtLab by the Graduate School of Design course “Atmospheric Encounters: Visualizing the Invisible.” Landscape architect Craig Douglas taught this course at the ArtLab throughout the semester. Students researched diverse atmospheric conditions using tools, techniques, and design methods to make the invisible visible.
This screening is part of ArtsThursdays, a university-wide initiative for free public art events every Thursday evening. It is supported by the Harvard University Committee on the Arts (HUCA). Doors will open at 5:00 pm.
