What to expect:
Warm up
Classical ballet barre
Centre: balance + turns exercises
Corner: dance combinations to practice your technique, lines and foundations
Floor: dance specific conditioning + mobility exercises
Cool down
What to bring: Workout/dance attire, water, runners or socks

About the instructor, Carolina Vitorino:
Carolina is passionate about all things movement and has 30 years of combined experience in dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, aerial arts, circus, musical theatre and bodybuilding.
