About this Event
A weekly class designed for movers to strengthen your body, enhance your flexibility, perfect your lines and master your technique. Elevate your movement one session at a time!
**Please note this class IS NOT a dance class - but rather a class to help both dancers and non-dancers be strong and fit.
What to expect:
- Warm up
- Classical ballet barre
- Centre: balance + turns exercises
- Corner: dance combinations to practice your technique, lines and foundations
- Floor: dance specific conditioning + mobility exercises
- Cool down
What to bring: Workout/dance attire, water, runners or socks
About the instructor, Carolina Vitorino:Carolina is passionate about all things movement and has 30 years of combined experience in dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, aerial arts, circus, musical theatre and bodybuilding.
