About this Event
InShapeWithDance is all about bringing the community together, through the love of dance and cardio based fitness. As well as running our weekly Wedensday sessions we love to put on a themed event. With the intent of attracting a wide range of participants. So with that being said we present to you Dance Di Reggae Vibes .
An evening filled with dance fitness fun, with reggae blasting throughout the session.
All levels are welcomed, so no need to worry if your not an advanced dancer.
We provide a safe environment for you to feel comfortable to be yourself.
WHAT TO BRING: Bottle of water
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable active wear in the reggae colours (Red, Gold and Green)
MUSIC GENRE: Roots reggae & Lovers rock
