Dance Coven is excited to announce its inaugural Spring Retreat, a sacred gathering for those who wish to deepen their connection to alchemy, nature and the divine. Ostara is a time of renewal, representing the awakening of nature and the revitalization of life. This retreat will focus on themes of rebirth, encouraging participants to shed old patterns and embrace new beginnings through the transformative power of working with the elements through dance, creativity and community.

AIR DANCE: Reciprocity & Freedom to Love
LIGHT DANCE: Illuminating Expansiveness & Soul Wisdom
By immersing ourselves in the elements we will learn their wisdom and dance with them to alchemize our desires and intentions. Each dance will begin with a guided meditation to aid you in the connection with each element and then move into free flow expression. After each dance, you will have time to journal and reflect upon your journey. We then gather in the wisdom circle to witness and be witnessed.

We gather to weave magick through sacred movement.

What's included:
~ Calling in the elements and creating a sacred container
~ Guided meditation

What to Bring:
~ Comfortable clothing for dancing and movement.
~ Personal items for the altar (crystals, herbs, etc.) to enhance our collective energy.
~ A journal for reflection and intention-setting.
