CONTEMPORARY DANCE TOOLBOX is an open-level contemporary dance class. Come to learn, move, and explore in the very heart of Paris with a professional dancer and teacher.Dance is the language of body and soul. By studying it, we can get to know ourselves and the world around us more deeply.
During the class, we will share a safe creative space to experiment and find our own way of moving. I will give you the tools to help your body " think" in the language of dance easily and naturally.
We will try different methods of controlling our body to improve the quality of movement, to experiment with the form and simply to enjoy the flow.
We will pay attention to:
- improvisation exercises;
- choreography;
- parterre technique;
- interaction with a group or partner.
But most importantly, I will show you how to turn your personality and any previous experience (and even lack thereof) into a dance that matters.

HOW TO PAY?
Pay before the class at the studio reception.
1 class = 20 euros
Take a class package to get a discount:
4 classes =70 euros
8 classes= 120 euros
12 classes=165 euros
* As part of this package, you can also attend my stretching classes every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 19.00
