Get ready for an hour of festive fun, sparkle, and seriously good vibes! 💃🕺
We’re kicking off with 30 minutes of dance – glowing lights, disco vibes, Christmas tunes, and a few cheeky party tracks thrown in to get everyone smiling and moving. Then we’ll switch gears for 30 minutes of classic tums & bums toning – no HIIT, nothing too intense… just good old-fashioned shaping and strengthening that feels great and complements the dance half perfectly. 🎶✨
Whether you want to rock up in your brightest Christmas jumper, festive leggings, tinsel, or just your usual workout gear, it’s totally up to you – but feel free to be a little bit extra! 🎅🤶
