Join us at The Oak House Studio & Therapies for an afternoon of movement and relaxation.
This is here to stay! We're going to be dancing and relaxing once a month!

This is all about letting go, having fun, and connecting with your body and breath. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the safe athmosfere, the music and likeminded people! So mark your calendars and get ready to dance, breathe, and get out of your head with us!
Event structure:
- Short introduction & breathwork exercise;
- Dance meditation;
- Breathwork session.
We will be doing the rebirthing breathwork technique. This is a conscious, connected breathing technique that is very gentle but very profound! It allows us to access a deep state of relaxation and it may bring up some things into our conscious mind.
However, no matter what may arise, this is a safe space and there will be support if needed.
Most people have very pleasent experiences and leave feeling lighter, at peace and relaxed!
