Welcome in another year with prayer, gratitude, embodied presence, breath, movement, and sound. This Sacred Sunday is a time to energize, connect, and play in community. Our flow will begin in an opening circle of prayer and intention, grounding into gratitude and divine connection. Through breathwork, we’ll soften the layers of stress and story. Through dance and movement, we’ll open our hearts and step into play. Through sound and song, we’ll express, release, and raise our vibrations.
Together, we’ll close in stillness and gratitude before sharing a potluck meal and communion, nourishing both body and spirit as one human family. For any who would like to stay longer and hangout, make music, and just be together, the park remains open till dusk.
This is a come-as-you-are gathering — no expectations, no judgment. Just open hearts, real connection, and the beauty of community in motion.
Bring your husbands, wives, partners, children, babies, friends, and family. We are building community and connection above all else. There are playgrounds and bathrooms nearby. If it is cold, we will bring a fire pit as well as start with movement to warm us up.
When: Sunday, January 18th | 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Arrive early or stay later if it feels right, we open together at noon.)
Where: Bear Creek Pioneers Park (Considering whether the pavilion rental is worth it, I may put us closer to the treeline and skip the pavilion depending on weather.)
Donation Request: $10–$20 per family (No one turned away.)
Please Bring:
A blanket, pillow and/or yoga mat for breathwork and relaxation
A water bottle
Sun protection (Hat, sunscreen, shawl, etc.)
