About this Event
Dance Alchemy: Gratitude and Grit
Join our beloved community as we weave conscious dance and sitting meditation together. Using Open Floor's Meditation Cycle, we gather to notice what's present and alive — then embody it in connection with Self, Other, and Spirit.
This month, we’ll explore the dance between gratitude and grit — the soft and the strong, the open heart and the steady root. Through movement and stillness, we’ll honor the full spectrum of our human experience: the beauty that nourishes us and the challenges that refine us. Gratitude not in spite of the grit, but through it.
Whether you’re completely new to meditation and dance or a seasoned practitioner, there’s a place for you here. We’ll close the evening with delicious organic snacks, shared in community.
