About this Event
This is for women desiring to awaken the dancer within. Get in movement, breath and grounding. Great for busy women and moms who need to LET GO, reset their nervous systems and have some fun!
Dance Alchemy isn’t about steps or performance — it’s about using movement as medicine. Through guided prompts, music, and intuitive flow, you’ll explore your body as a vessel for release, expression, and renewal.
In each session, we’ll:
Shake off stress + stagnant energy stored in your body.
Awaken creativity + joy through playful, intuitive movement.
Ground into presence with somatic practices that restore your nervous system.
Connect with your body + spirit
Wear comforatble clothes and bring water and a yoga mat or towel for the end portion where we ground and integrate.
