About this Event
'Dance Again' is a one-day, three-part workshop guided by Erica Trivett, Marla Waal and Anita Siu, held at Ballet BC's state of the art studios on Granville Island.
'Dance Again' was inspired by the core belief that we are all dancers and in the spirit of rekindling or reawakening the dancer within. Did you dance with joy at one time in your life? Have you always wanted to dance but didn't feel like you'd fit in? NOW is your time... you are being called to the floor to rediscover the joy of music, movement and community. You will be guided by three former professional dancers whose life work is focused on helping people feel more free in their bodies through somatics and to inspire pure joy derived from music and dance!
No experience necessary, everyone is welcome. All ages and movement abilities are welcome.
