A donatoin based yoga class that supports nonprofits in MinnesotaDāna i s a Sanskrit word that translates to (cultivating) generosity. In this class, we ask that you are generous in four ways-
- Show up
- Meeting yourself where you're at
- Allow the practice to serve you
- Donating what you can to the local nonprofit we are supporting
When: Mondays 6 pm at Glasshouse or your living room
Cost: Your time and donation. We would love a donation to support the current charity; the suggested donation is $10. Cash or Venmo (please put "Dana Yoga" in the transaction description): @anniehayeswellness.
Includes: An excellent yoga class and a chance to learn about and support local charities around the TC.
