Dan Grade training conducted by Sahyun Tate VII3rd Kup and above are invited to attend.
Training will be centred on the grading syllabus. Focus will be given to how you can make your Taekwon-Do work for you.
Cost for the full training is £50
The first 90 minutes is open to Yellow Belt and above and will cover release from grabs and/or break-falling.
Cost for first 90 minutes is £10
There will be a lunch break of 30-45 minutes (time and energy dependant).
Open to all regardless of affiliation.
