Join the VCU history department on Sept 9 for "Dam-breaking: The Arms Trade and American Revolutions." Brian DeLay, Ph.D. will discuss the rich history and complexity of the arms trade in the independence era of 1775–1825 and the consequences for those who supplied the weapons that made the revolution a success.
