A quartet from Margency near Paris, evolving in the
dark lands of Post Black Metal and Sludge. Their musical universe, rich and
complex, is a painting of the demise of the human being, inhabited with
melancholia, anger and resilience. The band formed in 2017, from the encounter
of confirmed musicians of the alternative scene (The Great Old Ones, Würm,
Omrade, Gloomy Helium Bath). Demande à la Poussière, named after the novel of
John Fante, is made from a dark and sinuous universe directed with high artistic
standards.
The music of the band is strongly influenced by the « noisy »
music. The aesthetic is a long gloomy and dark corridor, but human oriented and
sensible, executed with a perfect knowledge of the saturated music principles. The
french singing, the complaining voice, are highlighted above all, like a poetic
instrument ; it is the keystone of the band.
