Join us for an unforgettable evening as we host our Inaugural Gala For Good to celebrate the impactful work of our organization, Dallas United for Good. Founded by a passionate team of young professionals committed to service and community development. Dallas United For Good is dedicated to transforming underserved areas of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, with a special focus on South Dallas.
This elegant black-tie event is not only a celebration of our achievements but also a fundraiser to raise awareness and support for the ambitious goals & initatives we have for the coming year. Our goal is to Raise $250,000! With your support, we aim to make significant strides towards our grand vision of establishing:
- A free-membership-based laundromat to ease the burden on families in need.
- A community thrift store, providing affordable goods and services to further uplift our neighborhood.
As a guest, you will have the opportunity hear from speakers like Derrick James the highly decorated Ring Magazine & Yahoo Sports Trainer of the Year, Stacey Elliot President of the NFL fathers association and father of NFL Superstar Ezekiel Elliot, network with like-minded individuals, learn more about our mission, and hear about the exciting plans we have for the year ahead.
Over the past year, we have hosted or supported 21 community events, completed 8 TARP programs (Tackling A Real Problem), formed key partnerships with other non-profit organizations, and worked alongside other community leaders including the Dallas Police Department to create a positive change in our neighborhoods.
Together, we can continue to foster change, empower our community, and bring hope to South Dallas and beyond.
