Dallas Housing Coalition Zoning 101 Community Talks

Curious about what zoning reform means for your neighborhood? The City of Dallas is rewriting its zoning code for the first time in decades—and the Dallas Housing Coalition wants to make sure communities across the city are informed, engaged, and heard.

Join us for a Zoning 101 Community Talk near you to:

• Learn what zoning is and how it affects housing, transportation, and economic development in your area
• Understand what’s changing in Dallas’s zoning code and why it matters
• Share your perspective and ask questions in a welcoming, community-led space
• Enjoy food, drinks, and connection with your neighbors

Each session is free and open to the public. Come early, bring a friend, and let’s talk about the future of Dallas—together.

All dates below are from 6 PM to 7:30 PM in the evening.

The same content will be presented at all meetings with slight adaptions tailored to each specific community.

¿Qué significa reforma de zonificación en su vecindario? La ciudad de Dallas esta reescribiendo el codigo de zonificación por la primera vez en decadas y la Dallas Housing Coalition quiere que toda las comunidades en la cuidad esten informadas, comprometidas y eschuchadas.

Acompananos a tener una conversación comunitaria de Zoning 101 cerca de usted para:

• Aprenda que es la zonificación y come se afecta la vivienda, el transporte y el desarrollo económico en su zona
• Comprenda que esta cambiando el codigo de zonificación de Dallas y por que es importante
• Comparta su perspectiva y haga preguntas en un espacio acogedor y comuntario
• Disfrute de la comida, bebidas y haga mas conexiones con sus vecinos

Cada sesión es gratuita y esta abierta para todos del publico. Ven temprano, trae un amigo y hablamos sobre el futúro de Dallas– juntos.

Cada sesiones son a las 6 PM - 7:30 PM en la tarde.

En todas las reuniones se presentará el mismo contenido con ligeras adaptaciones para cada comunidad específica.
