Dallas Housing Coalition Resident Housing Summit

Welcome to the 's inaugural Resident Housing Summit!

Join fellow Dallas residents for a morning of networking, learning, and information-sharing. The event will be held at the St. Paul United Methodist Church, bringing together residents, organizers, and expert facilitators passionate about creating and preserving housing in their communities

Participants will leave the Summit with new tools, knowledge, and a shared vision for the future of Dallas. Whether you're a neighborhood association leader, member of a faith-based institution, or simply interested in learning more about how you can use your voice to advocate for a more affordable Dallas, this inaugural summit is the perfect place to meet like-minded individuals and get started.

Dallas residents are encouraged but not required to attend one of our twelve (Zoning 101) spanning October 1 - November 12 leading up to the Resident Housing Summit. The summit will build on the zoning principles shared during the Community Talks and include time for community visioning with types, including duplexes and triplexes, townhomes and condos, and accessory dwelling units.
