On October 17, 2024, we tragically lost Dale Anderson Jr. after his courageous battle with stage 4 ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer, a rare and aggressive form of cancer caused by a genetic mutation. Dale’s love for the outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or UTVing—was matched only by his deep passion for family, friends, and making a positive impact on others. Even in the face of adversity, Dale's wish was to create a legacy that would continue to help those in need. To honor his memory, we are launching this annual fundraiser in support of the children in our local pediatric oncology ward. All funds raised will stay local and help bring hope, comfort, and care to young cancer patients fighting their own battles. Dale’s heart for others and his unwavering spirit will live on through this effort, and we invite you to be a part of this meaningful cause. Your generosity will make a difference, just as Dale always did for those around him. Registration starts at 9:00 am—All Riders Welcome

*****CMN Hospitals supports our pediatric oncology department in many ways. Every new patient diagnosed with cancer receives a $250 gas card to help alleviate financial strain their family may experience traveling to many appointments. The department receives funds every year to purchase items that both educate and distract kids during treatment, to make "Sibling Bags" that are gifted to children who's sibling has received a new cancer diagnosis, and to plan family events where pediatric oncology families come together to support one another. At Emplify Health by Gundersen, we recognize that childhood cancer affects the whole family, and our patient programming reflects that. CMN Hospitals also funds a program called "Journey Beads," where pediatric cancer patients receive a bead that represents each treatment, procedure, or appointment they complete.

Truck/ Trailer parking is approved at LaCrosse Cty Fairgrounds/ Race track for this day only, in West Salem on Cty Hwy M. It is posted no parking, but we have approval for this event. But it is parking at your own risk.
