DAKYOUTH is an annual youth event like no other and is for both middle school and high school youth in the Dakotas Conference. Youth gather from all around the conference to learn about leadership, discipleship, and service.This year's event is October 10th - 12th in Aberdeen, SD. It's open to grades 6th - 12th. The cost is $125, which includes the conference fee, hotel (we will be staying two nights at the Quality Inn), travel, and food. If writing a check, please make it out to Legacy United Methodist Church.
There will be games, worship, speakers, activities, workshops, and the fun of traveling with friends! There will be three forms that will need to be filled out as well. We do plan to leave as soon as possible after school on the 10th since the conference starts that Friday night. You can sign up today at Legacy's MyAmplify link below. Deadline to register is Wednesday, September 24th.
